Room switching

With Keisha turning 16 this year we decided that it was time that she had her own room. Since we have moved into this house she has never had any of her own space.

Even though Ember isn't here at all times we try and keep a room for her ready. When she shared with Keisha she had a pull out trundle bed that made their room very small. Ember and Audrey have been getting really close and we thought it would be a great idea to move Ember into Audrey and Autumns room. They have the bigger room downstairs and the twins have been wanting a bunk bed again. I did a lot of research trying to find the best system before we did this. I was also really excited because this gave Ember a chance to decorate a permanent space that is all hers and she doesn't have to share.

Thanksgiving break was the first time we got to try it out and so far it has been a wonderful change.

I took Ember out to get a new duvet cover and she has been busy organizing and hanging things up. She loves it! Now if we can just get the girls to ever sleep while they are together.....maybe someday ☺
