Presidents Day Weekend 2012

I love the weekends where you have nothing planned and just let everything fall into place. 

Ember got in Saturday morning for a quick visit.

Mandy, Garrett and the girls came over for some play time and lunch.

 After lunch when it was just us, we decided to take everyone for a walk (no Keisha, was at the mall). Chris and I have been trying to do this (for us and the dogs benefit) at least 2X a week. It's nice that we haven't had a horrible winter so that we can do this!

The girls found a go-cart tire in the canal and were rolling it and playing with it for almost half of the walk.

Then we came home and relaxed for a bit. This was what I saw from my chair....3 laptop nerds ;)

We got invited by Chris's friend Cody to go out bowling later that night. It was so busy we had about a 2 hour wait to get lanes. We decided to play some games and laser tag.

 Sunday we headed over to Grandma & Grandpas for some ping pong. Ben, Cici, Max, Mandy,Garrett, the girls, Dan, Rowena and all of our family had a blast. There was good food (as always) and even better company.

Good weekends always go by too fast. This was an extra short weekend with Ember due to some flight problems and we won't get to see her again until the end of May.

Today we are just going to hang around here and play games before Ember has to leave. Then back to our regularly scheduled life!
