November 2012

November started off with Chris and my annual getaway to Stanley. We had the first evening to ourselves and then Ben, Cici, and Max came up. We had a wonderful time doing a couple of hikes and even toured the burnt area (see post for Labor Day).

We watched Taylor and Marissa a couple of days and had lots of fun. Still kept to our schedules with school and therapies. Thanksgiving the kids were all with their dad, so we had a nice quiet day. (I got 2 naps!!)

Chris and I took a day trip up to Cascade and did a little hiking around.

I got all my Christmas shopping done before December hit...I am very happy because now I get to enjoy the month and make lots of cookies! December is a busy month though, and I think I am actually ready for it to be this year!
