We woke them up at 6am to start driving, so they would sleep part of the way. We arrived at the house at 3pm.We opened the door and were all blown away. This house is AMAZING!!! We couldn't have asked for more. We can literally sit on the coach in the living room and stare at the beach. There is more room in this house than ours (nice to be able to get away from everyone sometimes) and the sleeping situations couldn't have worked out better. Keisha and Ember are sharing a room with 2 queen beds and their own half bath. Audrey, Autumn and Jalen are sharing a room that has a bunk with a futon and another twin bed. All the kids are excited because they each have a T.V. in their room and can watch movies (I guess it is vacation so I will let that one slide)
We decided before we went grocery shopping for the week ( we are trying to be good and only eat out a couple of times) we would go check out our beach. OH MAN!!!! I don't know if Gravy or the kids were more excited. We decided to take off our shoes and play in the water. It was cold and rainy here today but the kids didn't seem to mind and it was hard to pull them away.
We went to the store , came home, made some tacos and now they are all in the hot tub as I am writing this. I figured I would get in the tub when they were watching the greatly anticipated movies in their room.
Tomorrow we are planning to head up to Newport. We are not sure if we are going to do the aquarium or Mariner Square (Ripley's, Wax Museum, and Undersea Gardens). We have many days to fill and want to make sure that each outing is exciting for all of us.
SO until tomorrow.......
